Certificates of Analysis
Documented · Every formulation
The proof, in writing.
A certificate of analysis is the lab report behind the label — the document stating what a formulation was tested for and what the testing found. Every formulation we sell is tested in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices in FDA-registered facilities, and every formulation carries its certificate, published here in full.
Coverage is matched to the product. Microbiological profiles of up to seven organisms on nearly every formulation. Heavy-metal limits for arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead on ingestibles — with measured ICP-MS results down to 0.001 ppm where quantified. Identity confirmation by FT-IR where run. Physicochemical verification — appearance, scent, pH — on every topical. And measured potency where an active assay is performed: our Sleep Support certificate reports melatonin at 10.89 mg by HPLC against a 10 mg specification. Each certificate states its own specifications and results — read exactly what was tested.
We publish them unedited and in full. Tap any report to read the document.

How to read a certificate
Identity & potency — where a certificate carries an assay, it reports the measured amount of the labeled active against its specification (melatonin and vitamin B6 by HPLC on Sleep Support); where it carries an identity panel, it confirms the material matches the label (FT-IR on Colostrum). Heavy metals — on ingestibles, reports arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead against strict thresholds, with measured ICP-MS results where quantified. Microbial analysis — where run, confirms total plate count and yeast & mold within specification, with pathogen panels (E. coli, Salmonella, Staph. aureus, Pseudomonas — varying by formulation) reported absent. Physicochemical — on topicals, verifies appearance, scent and pH against specification. The lot number on each certificate corresponds to a production batch.
Certificates are updated as new documentation is issued. To request documentation for the specific lot number on a container you received, write to concierge@omniviawellness.com with the lot number and we will obtain the matching document.
