Omnivia Wellness ("Omnivia", "we", "us") operates this website and sells the products listed on it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Ingredient quantities are as printed on the product label. Research referenced on this site describes studies of individual ingredients and is provided for educational purposes; it does not constitute a claim that any Omnivia product produces the same result.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetics, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition.
5. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We may decline or limit any order.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription orders recur at the interval you select until cancelled. You may pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect for deliveries not yet processed.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, the Omnivia name and mark — belongs to Omnivia Wellness and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
