If a formulation is not working for you, email concierge@omniviawellness.com — we refund one opened container per formulation without asking you to send anything back, and unopened products are refunded in full once returned. No restocking fees, no store-credit games.

An ingredient has to clear three tests: a long record of human use, randomized controlled evidence in people, and laboratory testing of the finished formulation with a certificate of analysis we can put our name to. Most things fail at least one. That is why this collection is short.
Every formulation ships with a certificate of analysis covering identity, potency and contaminant screening. Most are tested at ISO 17025 accredited third-party laboratories; where a formulation is tested in-house instead, we say so on its product page rather than letting you assume otherwise.
Yes. Every ingredient in every formulation is named on the label — the actual botanical, the actual compound, the actual form. Where a formulation carries a traditional blend, we say so and we name everything inside it.
What we will not do is put something on the front of a carton that you cannot find on the back.
