Across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet — join the Omnivia Letter and we will tell you the moment that changes.
Tracking your order
Tracking arrives by email as soon as your parcel leaves. If it has been more than three business days since you ordered and you have heard nothing, write to concierge@omnivia.com and we will find it.
If something goes wrong
Lost, delayed beyond ten business days, or arrived damaged — tell us and we will ship a replacement immediately. We deal with the carrier; you should not have to.
A note on heat
Several formulations are sensitive to sustained high temperatures. During summer months we ship with insulation where it matters. If a parcel has been sitting in direct sun on your doorstep for a full day, write to us rather than risking it.
