Nocturne Sleep Support
Melatonin, magnesium and fourteen calming botanicals in one capsule.
This one works all three. Melatonin cues biological night. Magnesium with vitamin B6 supports normal nervous system function. And a traditional sleep blend brings together the botanicals cultures have reached for across centuries — chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm, hops, ashwagandha — alongside L-theanine, GABA, L-tryptophan and 5-HTP.
Two capsules, twenty minutes before bed.

The Evidence
What the research measured.
Mechanism
How it works, at the level that matters.
Melatonin is a chronobiotic rather than a sedative. It does not force unconsciousness; it tells the body that biological night has begun. Pooled across randomised trials, melatonin reduces the time taken to fall asleep and increases total sleep time.
Magnesium acts as a natural NMDA receptor antagonist and GABA agonist, reducing excitatory neurotransmission as the evening progresses. Vitamin B6 is the cofactor the body needs to convert tryptophan along the serotonin–melatonin pathway, which is why the two appear together.
L-tryptophan and 5-HTP are the precursors on that same pathway — the raw material for the body's own melatonin. L-theanine raises cortical alpha-wave activity, the signature of relaxed wakefulness, lowering arousal without sedation. GABA is the brain's principal inhibitory neurotransmitter.
The botanical fraction is the oldest part. Ashwagandha has randomised trial evidence for sleep onset latency and sleep efficiency. Chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm and hops are the classical European calming herbs, used together for centuries. Chinese skullcap and goji come from a parallel tradition arriving at similar conclusions.

The Formulation Story
Why we made
this one.
The complaint we heard most was different: I am tired, I want to sleep, and my mind will not stop. That is arousal — cortical, sympathetic, thermoregulatory — and melatonin alone does very little for it.
So this formulation carries melatonin for the timing and then everything else for the arousal: magnesium and B6, the amino acid precursors, theanine and GABA, and fourteen botanicals with a long record behind them. It is a fuller answer than the category usually offers, and it is why it works for people that a melatonin gummy did nothing for.

The Formulation
Every active. Every milligram.
Every active, named. No amounts withheld. If it is in the bottle, the quantity is printed here — because a dose you cannot verify is a claim you cannot check.
Serving size
Two capsules, 20 minutes before bed
60 capsules · 30 nights
Signals biological night. Present at a modest amount rather than the high doses that leave people groggy.
Supports normal muscle and nervous system function. B6 assists the body's own conversion of tryptophan.
The amino acid pathway the body uses to make its own melatonin.
Theanine raises cortical alpha activity — relaxed wakefulness. GABA is the brain's principal inhibitory neurotransmitter.
Adaptogen with a long record in traditional practice and a growing modern one for stress and sleep.
The classical European sleep botanicals, used together for centuries.
Traditional Chinese herbs for restfulness, rounding out the blend.
The Protocol
How to use it, and what to expect.
Consistency is the variable that decides outcomes. Build the habit first; the biology follows on its own schedule.
Two capsules, once daily
Twenty to thirty minutes before bedtime with an 8 oz glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Every night, not just hard ones
Sleep responds to regularity more than to intervention, and magnesium status corrects over one to two weeks of consistent intake.
Alongside the obvious
No formulation compensates for a bright screen at midnight or a warm bedroom. This works with sleep hygiene, not instead of it.
Melatonin and theanine act
The timing signal and the calming effect are immediate. Many people notice easier sleep onset from the first night.
Magnesium repletes
Magnesium status corrects over one to two weeks of consistent intake. The nervous-system support builds here.
Botanicals compound
Ashwagandha and the adaptogenic fraction work on a slower horizon — the randomised trials measured at six to eight weeks.
No sedative-hypnotics
Nothing in this formulation belongs to the benzodiazepine or z-drug classes. Stopping does not produce rebound insomnia.
Questions
Before you begin.
More than with anything else we sell. St John's Wort induces the CYP3A4 enzyme, which meaningfully reduces the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives, warfarin and other anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, several antiretrovirals, and some chemotherapy agents. It also carries serotonin syndrome risk when combined with SSRIs, SNRIs or triptans. If you take any prescription medication at all — including the contraceptive pill — speak with your physician or pharmacist before taking this product. This is not boilerplate. It is the single most important thing on this page.
A melatonin gummy addresses timing and nothing else. If your circadian rhythm is fine but your mind will not settle, melatonin alone does very little. This works timing, nervous-system arousal and the serotonin pathway together, which is closer to how falling asleep actually happens.
Most people do not. Nothing here is a sedative-hypnotic. If you do feel dulled, try one capsule instead of two — the recommended serving suits most people but not everyone.
Yes. Nothing in the formulation produces dependence or rebound insomnia, and magnesium in particular works better with consistent nightly intake. That said, if you find yourself needing it indefinitely, the underlying cause is worth a conversation with a doctor.
Because that is how the manufacturer formulates it, and we would rather tell you plainly than pretend otherwise. Every one of the fourteen botanicals is named on the label — you can see exactly what is in it, in descending order of weight. What is not disclosed is the individual milligram split. We would prefer full disclosure and we have asked for it.
