Verdant Greens contains wheat grass and barley grass, so this set is not suitable for a gluten-free routine.

How it works, at the level that matters.
Collagen is a good place to see why the two halves are not interchangeable. The triple helix will not fold without vitamin C, the required cofactor for prolyl and lysyl hydroxylase. It gains no tensile strength without copper, the cofactor for lysyl oxidase. It cannot be built without lysine and proline, and none of it happens in a fibroblast short of ATP.
The consumables work on that supply line. NAD⁺ is the coenzyme every mitochondrion uses to make ATP, and the obligate substrate for the sirtuins and PARP enzymes governing DNA repair — all of which consume it rather than borrow it. Colostral IgG acts at the intestinal surface, alongside growth factors supporting tight-junction integrity. Spirulina and the berry polyphenols converge on Nrf2 and NF-κB, the transcription factors setting your own antioxidant and inflammatory tone.

Add the topicals gradually
All three consumables can start on day one. The topicals should not — introduce one every few days across the first two weeks, so that if something stings you know which bottle it was. Starting six products on the same morning is the surest way to learn nothing from any of them.
